Debbie Long

Debbie Long is the Vice President of Procurement Services with LBMC Procurement Solutions, LLC. She joined W Squared in 2012 and became a part of the LBMC family of companies with the acquisition of W Squared in 2016.

Her primary focus is providing comprehensive procurement services to her clients to include cost savings, contract management, supplier relationship management, tactical purchasing execution, and strategic sourcing. Debbie has over twenty years of experience directing operations and building strategic growth through improved earnings through leadership, focus, and execution of plan.

Ms. Long began her career in procurement in the automotive industry at General Motors and then moved into the consumer goods industry at Newell/Rubbermaid. She continued her career climb as the Director of Global Supply Chain Management at Murray where she readied the company to be sold while she continued to maintain production and drive savings and efficiencies.

After leaving Murray, Ms. Long entered the healthcare industry as Associate VP of Procurement at Take Care Health/Walgreens. Ms. Long continued to deliver results on multi-million dollar contract negotiations in various categories, including medical supplies, office supplies, and other services. Her experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, cost-savings initiatives and business practices has yielded her a success rate which has saved numerous companies millions of dollars.

Ms. Long holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from State University of NY at Buffalo, along with certifications from the Institute of Supply Management. She holds a Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and is a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM).
