While Gina Scott is the newest member to the LBMC team, Gina has been active in executive recruiting/coaching/consulting since 1996. Her experience began doing marketing and business development for an accounting/finance recruiting firm in Nashville.

In 2000, Gina founded Technically Right, LLC, specializing in direct hire placement of Information Technology professionals. Her practice quickly expanded to include a consulting practice advising IT executives with hiring and retention best practices. Twenty-six years later, Gina brings her executive recruiting/coaching/consulting experience and passion for identifying, guiding, and recommending the best hiring fit to Healthcare Executive Talent in the middle market healthcare services and technology sector.
