Jayme M. Parmakian is a Shareholder in the LBMC Tax practice.

Jayme leads the tax division of the LBMC Transaction Advisory Services group and has been a member of LBMC’s healthcare tax practice for 13 years. She has diversified experience with a variety of issues in tax compliance and tax consulting, including buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence. Jayme currently performs these services for both public and private companies in the healthcare, technology, and manufacturing industries.

Jayme is a member of Leadership Health Care and is currently the Treasurer on the board for the YWCA. She is also a Trustee for the Tennessee Federal Tax Institute.
