Lauren Farley

Lauren Farley serves as the Director of Growth at LBMC W Squared, where she identifies, builds, and nurtures relationships with clients, develops relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors, serves as liaison between clients and internal teams, and focuses on upselling and cross-selling firm services to strategic targets.

Farley has more than six years of business development, marketing, and strategic partnership management experience.

Prior to joining LBMC, Lauren held multiple Business Development roles. She began as the Business Development Coordinator at PYA, a nationally ranked healthcare consulting firm, where she contributed to the overall growth and development of the various service line offerings, created, managed, and retained PYA’s strategic partnerships, and cultivated a pipeline of prospective healthcare clients. Lauren also served as the Chief of Staff for Ancore Health, a start-up healthcare consulting firm focused on physician compensation and practice management strategy. She most recently served as Key Account Manager at an IT cyber security firm where she managed and cultivated over 90 client relationships at a time.

Lauren began her career on the clinical side of healthcare, working as a Cardiac Rehab Clinical Exercise Physiologist at KentuckyOne Health in Louisville, Kentucky. Her clinical experience, coupled with her healthcare administrative and consulting knowledge, has allowed her to bring a unique perspective to LBMC W Squared’s prospective client base.
